Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Golden Rose Records (“GRose Records”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use our demo submission portal at golden-rose-records.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
1. What we collect
When you submit a demo we collect only what the form asks for:
- Artist name and track title
- Your email address
- Social / streaming links you choose to share
- The audio file you attach (mp3, wav, m4a or mp4, up to 25 MB)
Our hosting provider may also record standard technical data (IP address, browser type, time of request) in server logs for security and reliability purposes.
2. How we use it
- To listen to and evaluate your submission
- To contact you about the outcome of your submission
- To keep an internal record of what has been submitted
Submissions are delivered to our private A&R review channel so the team can listen to them. Your details are never sold, rented or used for third-party advertising.
3. Who can see it
Access is limited to the GRose Records A&R team. We do not publish your submission, name, email or audio unless we have first agreed a release with you in writing.
4. How long we keep it
We keep submissions for as long as needed to review them and to manage any relationship that follows. You can ask us to delete your submission and your details at any time.
5. Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Email us at the address below and we will act on the request within 30 days.
6. Cookies
This portal does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary cookies to deliver the site securely.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use the GRose Records demo submission portal or send us a demo. By submitting, you agree to them.
1. The service
The portal lets artists send unreleased music to our A&R team for review. The service is provided “as is” and we may change or withdraw it at any time.
2. Your submission stays yours
Submitting a demo does not transfer any ownership of the recording, composition or master to us. You keep every right to your music. Nothing is assigned, licensed or exclusive as a result of a submission.
3. No guarantee of review or signing
We aim to respond within 3–5 business days, but we are not obliged to listen to, reply to, review, sign, release or otherwise exploit any submission. A submission creates no contract, partnership or expectation of representation.
4. Your rights to what you send
You confirm that you own or have cleared everything you submit — the audio, the vocals, the beats and any samples — and that sending it to us does not break anyone else’s rights.
5. Feedback
Any notes or feedback we share are given in good faith for your consideration only. We do not take on any obligation to act on them or to keep them confidential.
6. Removing your material
You can ask us to delete your submission and any related details at any time by emailing us. We will confirm once it has been removed.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, GRose Records is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the portal or from a submission, including loss of opportunity, revenue or unreleased material.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in our country of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
